Key information every South Pointe homeowner should know.
The current annual POA assessment is $1,200 per unit per year. Assessments are due annually and past-due amounts accrue interest. Please keep your account current.
All exterior improvements — including roofs, driveways, decks, fences, and structural changes — require written approval from the Building Control Committee before work begins.
Submit a Request →A Resale Agreement & Disclosure Certificate is required when selling your unit. Realtors and sellers should contact the Association to obtain this document before closing.
