Our neighborhood is governed by the South Pointe Property Owners Association, Inc., dedicated to maintaining the quality, appearance, and community spirit that makes our subdivision a special place to live.

Our Association manages the shared amenities, enforces the community's Declaration and covenants, and ensures that South Pointe remains an attractive and welcoming place for all residents and their families.

Gazebo Reservations

The community gazebo may be reserved for private gatherings by contacting the Board of Directors. Advance notice is recommended to ensure availability.

Pool — Large Groups

Any party of 10 or more guests at the community pool is required to have a certified lifeguard present. The Board may be able to provide a lifeguard referral — contact us in advance.

Important Reminders

Key information every South Pointe homeowner should know.

Annual Assessments

The current annual POA assessment is $1,200 per unit per year. Assessments are due annually and past-due amounts accrue interest. Please keep your account current.

🔨

Improvement Approval Required

All exterior improvements — including roofs, driveways, decks, fences, and structural changes — require written approval from the Building Control Committee before work begins.
